About me
I'm a 50-something woman in Oregon who has four grown kids of her own and countless kids she claims, and I have six beautiful grandchildren. We lived in a tent in Alaska for two months while waiting for our apartment to be repaired from previous tenants, and that was an adventure, especially with two small children at that time.
I've been published hundreds of times in print (magazines and newspapers) and online and I won the 1999 President's Award for Literary Excellence, among other smaller awards.
I write about what I do and what I like, and I don't write what I don't do or like. I've written two fiction novels and write poetry for fun and I'm married forever. I love animals, especially my black Lab, Harley.
